We regret to inform you that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has taken the decision to cancel the AFS licence of FXOpen AU. FXOpen AU is unable to provide financial services and take on new clients. We will now focus entirely on providing our customers with withdrawals and working through the process of closing accounts.

FXOpen AU intends to address the concerns of ASIC and will be appealing the decision, with the aim of having the licence reinstated.
