Our Customer Support team will still be available during our regular hours, except for Wednesday 25th December and Wednesday 1st January 2025, when our office will be closed, and Thursday 2nd January 2025, where Support will be available from 07:00 to 17:00 GMT.
Please note that on the days the office is closed, as well as Thursday 26th December, all withdrawals and bank transfer deposits will not be processed.
