Customer Support Availability

Please note that withdrawals and bank transfer deposits will not be processed after 2:00 PM on Wednesday 24th December, or on Thursday 25th December and Friday 26th December, due to the Bank Holiday.

In addition, processing will be unavailable after 2:00 PM on Wednesday 31st December, and on Thursday 1st January.

Requests submitted during these periods will be processed on Monday 29th December, and Friday 2nd January, respectively.
