What leverage can I trade with?

Clients can trade with leverage of up to 1:1000 on forex or metal CFDs on the TickTrader platform.

Across our MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and TradingView platforms, clients can trade with up to 1:500 leverage on forex, up to 1:100 leverage on index CFDs, up to 1:500 leverage on commodity CFDs, 1:5 leverage on share CFDs and 1:3 leverage on crypto CFDs.

How do I reset my PIN or password?

If you forgot your PIN code please follow the steps below:
  • For a new PIN, select your ewallet number, which starts with XX in the top box, and shows PIN code in the bottom box.
  • For a new password, select your account number in the top box and trader password in the bottom box.
  • Upload a photo ID, such as a passport, or national ID card, and press Request. The new PIN or password will be emailed to you.

What currency can I have trading accounts in?

You can have trading accounts in USD, AUD, CHF, EUR, GBP, JPY, SGD or GLD.

How do I log in to TradingView to trade with FXOpen?

To link your FXOpen account to your TradingView account, log in to TradingView using your credentials for their site. Select Trading Panel > Click See All Brokers > Select FXOpen and click Connect.

Does FXOpen offer PAMM trading?

FXOpen INT offers a PAMM ECN or PAMM STP account. To find out more, visit our dedicated PAMM site

How do I fund my account?

Log in to the Client Portal and select Add Funds. You can make a deposit using any of the available payment options.

How can I change my Main Account currency?

There is no need to change your Main Account as it is multicurrency. This means that you can hold different currencies at the same time. The GBP/USD/EUR that you see is just the default when the account has not been funded. When you make a deposit of another currency (e.g. AUD) it will show on your account in AUD, and no conversion is required.

How can I log in to a trading platform on my phone?

  • Download the app from either the App Store or Google Play.
  • Open the App and go to New Account > Login to Existing Account > fxopen in the search field and select the correct server.
  • Enter your Login and Password and then you will be able to trade.

The most common issue is mistyping the password. To avoid this, consider copying and pasting the password from the email you received upon opening the trading account. Additionally, please ensure you are attempting to connect to the correct server.
